Delete your Stayboard account

Request deletion for an owner account and the data connected to that workspace.

Request account deletion

Enter the email address or phone number associated with the owner account. This opens a prefilled deletion request email so our team can verify and process the request.

If your email app does not open, email privacy@stayboard.io with the owner email or phone number and the subject "Delete account request."

Submit after logging out

Please send the deletion request only after you are fully logged out of the Stayboard app.

Avoid logging in for 30 days

If you log back in within 30 days after submitting the request, the deletion request may be revoked.

Data deleted within 30 days

Account data, personal information, listings, bookings, housekeeping tasks, users, operational records, and related workspace data will be deleted within 30 days.
